At Choosing Empowerment LLC, our foundation is based on the power of choice and healthy relationships. Our organization is dedicated and committed to various initiatives that actively promote healing within the African American community, providing nurturing and support to families within the foster care system, offering guidance and support to former adoptees, encouraging and empowering women of color, strengthening the mental health of black men, advocating for the LGBTQ+ community and embracing those who were formerly incarcerated. Furthermore, we serve as a training ground for aspiring mental health professionals who are interested in working with our diverse population.

As a mental health advocate, speaker, author, and community leader, I take my responsibilities seriously, and I remain committed to being honest, informative, straightforward, compassionate, non-judgmental, and understanding. We believe in promoting accountability and empowering our clients and those around us to put in the necessary work to heal and become their best and highest selves. We understand that breaking cycles is difficult, and we are here to provide support and encouragement throughout your wellness journey.
