Ericka Walters

I’m Ericka Walters, owner of Lotus Holistic Wellness. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Maryland. I am here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my patients’ well-being and guarantee top of the line counseling and psychological services catered to their needs.

Since 2012, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. Patient well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help them through all their obstacles.

My holistic background comes from being a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor Credential. I have been a Yoga teacher since 2017 and have taught in women’s correctional facilities in Maryland and taught children’s yoga. Yoga has played a major role in my life with helping me to get connected with my breath, body and spirit. I want to make Yoga accessible for those who may not feel comfortable with a class setting just yet to get better connected within themselves. In 2019 I became a Reiki teacher. Reiki has also been a way of getting connected internally. With the use of Reiki one can reconnect with parts of themselves that has been blocked. Learning how to balance the chakras to help balance life.
